Yet another of the OHRstat series of Excel Spreadsheets. this one does what I originally set out to do. Try to figure out percent chance to hit. It was rather obnoxious, but now that I've done it, I've done it.
First, you will need to have some program that can open an Excel 2003 spreadsheet, such as MS office, MS Excel, or Open Office.
Also, OHR uses integers and this spreadsheet uses decimals, so there is a small accuracy issue. If you use stats below 10 for your norm, you may find this quite inaccurate, otherwise it should be fine. The issue has to do with when the Aim roll and Dog roll tie. This spreadsheet assumes that 50%, of those cases, hit and 50% miss, which probably isn't the case. If you want something more accurate than this... well... you can do the math by hand... or if you wish, mess with this one. I'm not going to ask for credit on that... no way, no how.
