LOL well played. BTW there are interesting topics from 2003 and below, but some are things I may be able to contribute to, are they out of bounds even if relevant posts are reviving them? @moogle1.   Honest question, or do I need to create new topics with that title + the number 2?

I take it so seriously - But I impose one question, not being an American and not really caring much about the country, why do Americans tend to discriminate against their own country?

Surlaw, give it up with the "seriousness"  . You've even stated yourself that it's joke art. That being said, the purpose of this forum is to receive comments/critiques about art you post. Doesn't matter if it's joke art or non-joke art. You can't call someone an idiot because they're doing exactly what the purpose of the forum is meant to do.
This artwork...well...it looks like it's been sketched in with the mouse/possibly a graphics tablet...and coloured in MSPaint. If that's the effect you were trying to go for, you succeeded. Apparently you're trying to put across a political opinion, and I can see that too.
PS: Thanks for the comments about me being a real artist, I appreciate it.
(I know what your reply is going to be, that it was sarcasm, and I see in your LJ posts that you think my stuff is awful/bland/cliché/add as applicable. Firstly, if you don't like my stuff, that's your opinion, I don't draw my stuff for you anyway, I draw as an activity to kill time, not as a job which is earning me money. Secondly, I haven't been drawing that long. And finally, you can't hate someone because of the style they choose to draw in, which is exactly what you've been doing.)

I don't know why either of those lines bother you, seeing as though you (or at least one of your little friends) said that text on a forum is irrelevant (the good ol' "IT'S THE INTERNET!!!" line). For someone who's said this in the past, you're turning your back to it all? That's unfortunate.
My activities and why I do said activities shouldn't bother you anyway. To tell the truth, it's not really any of your business as to why I do said things.

My goal in my drawings is to kill some time and to create something I think has value. If that doesn't agree with you, that's your opinion and I can't change that, nor do I particularly want to. Secondly, changing your picture to suit others' opinions isn't humour at all...at least I don't think so. That would be "drawing to please other people".
