				| I have it from a reliable source that four of the alleged "NPC"s in that screenshot are actually maptiles! Don't try to pull a fast one on me, now! | |

Nah, not yet, I was just testing the new feature.

I forced an early nightly build of ohrrpgce-wip-default.zip so y'all don't have to wait until tomorrow to start testing this.

				| Oh. I thought it would be trickery that this wouldn't be increased NPC limits! | Quote: | | Nah, not yet, I was just testing the new feature. |

Still, this should be awesome for people attempting to make tactical RPGs.

				| Wow, this is truly a great moment.
I saw on the archives that approver Adam Perry suggested allowing manual typing of the NPC number to be placed. I can't remember if I bugzilla'd it or not, but I always wanted the same functionality for the formation editor. It isn't fun to place formation 56 in the wrong spot, overwriting formation 13, and have to cycle all the way back to fix it. Also does the formation placer have a paint bucket functionality? It should, if possible.

				| Before I depart from this world, I would like to say when I first saw the picture, I was thinking how incredibly funny it'd be if all these years, you have been updating Wandering Hamster and was now going to make one big release.
 Anyway...

				| Hey now, since you increased the limit of NPC's per map...
...doing the same for how many can be placed on a map shouldn't be a problem either, right?
Otherwise, the ability to have 100 NPCs per map is still a bit limited in a sense. _________________

Yep, that is in the plan too.

As for Wandering Hamster, I think it does really motivate me to have people bug me about it, so keep it up. Also, if anybody wants to spiffy up a crufty sprite, or re-do an ugly backdrop and offer it to me, that would motivate me a lot too-- And I can always use input on enemy stat balance. I lie awake at night worrying that my enemies are too strong or too weak, or too slow or too fast, or give to much rewards, or not enough.
