Ok. I didn't know where to post this, it's a bit of a complex question but here goes.

I am thinking about getting a pocket Retro Game Emulator,
(http://www.thinkgeek.com/electronics/retro-gaming/bd6f/?cpg=ab)
however I got to thinking that since any game made for the O.H.R.R.P.G.C.E
would be considered 16-bit if there was a way to change the games into a
rom and get the Emulator to play them?

Um, basically, no.

I mean, I'm sure it could be done, but it would take a good deal of time to do, and no one is currently working on such a project at this time.

I highly doubt that the OHR could be ported to any of the NES, SNES, Genesis, GBA, Neo-Geo, or CPS1/2. I don't think that these systems are powerful enough to run the OHR, at least without a complete rewrite specifically for one of these consoles which would in the end only support some fraction of games.

Back when we supported DOS, the OHR was 16 bit, but now it is very much a 32 bit program, with lots of legacy 16 bit-ness.

I can't find any details about the Pocket Retro Gamer hardware, and whether or not it is hackable for homebrew.

The GP2X Wiz might be a better choice, since it can run all those emulators plus more, and is homebrew-friendly... although it is more expensive and harder to find. :(
