Not sure if this has been pointed out yet, but I was messing about with the various attack options, and in my attempt to make a meteor-storm type of attack, I managed to find a bug. Having an attack with the Random Roulette targeting option along with the Automatically Choose Target bitset will cause the ready meter to be frozen at full with no option to do anything after attacking with said attack.
As near as I can tell, it's not telling the ready meter to empty after attack, and because its never reaching full ('cause it already is), you are no longer able to attack. This is further evidenced by the workaround I found by holding escape until the 'attempt to run' animation plays and it reduces the ready meter. It immediately drops to empty and you can attack as normal once it reaches full again.
Downloaded and tested with latest nightly, as of this post. |

I just tested this out, and it looks like it is happening with any attack that is set to "Automatically chose target". It doesn't Seem to matter if you use random roulette or focus or whatever.
I'll see what I can do about this. Thanks for spotting it!
EDIT: I figured it out. Check the next nightly build for the fix. |

Ah, right. I had noticed it doing it with my original attack, and so I had made a new attack, gave it Random Roulette. Worked fine. Added the Auto-choose target, and it didn't, so for some reason I assumed it was a problem with the combination of them, despite not testing auto-choose WITHOUT the roulette. Silly me.
Anyway, thank you, glad you were able to fix it! |
