Over on slimesalad, Mogri is hosting a 'fight battle contest' in which you must make the most interesting OHR battle using the default battle system and only one 'fight' command (which is defined as an attack which targets a single enemy)

This is my entry, and i think i have succeeded in doing something no OHR game has done before. (Definitely took on a subject no OHR game I've ever seen has touched) It only takes a minute to play through, maybe more if you want to find the 'good' ending.

Err... is the "good" ending that you get stuck, with the enemies not attacking, and "Round 7" just hanging there? I certainly don't get the impression that this is right. In my previous attempts I always died. I was going to complain that it appeared impossible, but it seems that actually luck is a big part of it.

That animated backdrop is pretty neat. The melt animation on the other hand... I wonder if it needs to be tweaked :P

As for the subject... this game seems eerily familiar. I hope someone pipes in and tells me which game, if any, I'm thinking of.

did you download it very shortly after i uploaded it? the current version should definitely not do that.

i actually quite liked the way the melt animation worked out. it looks almost like they are falling over before melting.

i don't think i've played a game witha similar theme, but i wouldn't be terribly surprised if there's one or a few out there.
