And heres something that took me about 10 weeks to make.
It has subtitles so you can see what their saying. Total time of both of them is 8 minutes. It uses DivX codec. And the first one is 15 megabytes and the second one 13.8 megabytes. I just love it! And everyone that has seen it has really liked it. I showed it to over 40 friends at school.

Part1-roughly 4 1/2minutes:

Part2-over 3 1/2 minutes:

Uh...I don't think it looks like that. Why would you even think that? :
Anyhow Herp, it's really good. Especially the actual sprite graphics. ...I don't many very good comments, so I'll just leave it at that Oookay....

The videos don't seem to work very well for me. The first one works with all the text, but then I see a pencil drawn jungle and...Nothing but that for 4 minutes. No sound either, but I'm not sure if there's supposed to be any.

Heh, sof is right about that penis thing (last link) watch your composition there.
As far as the drawings go I don't really care about the male ones, the female does stand out though good job on that.

Animations
Just dl the first, my thoughts;

First of all I think you have done a really good job actually going through with something so big like this, many wouldn't have so kudos to you.

The story is really hard to follow I don't get it at all, everything happens at the same time and it's kind of annoying. I would recommend to either cut it down or make it less confusing. I can see that you are going for some dragonball lookalike here but it doesn't really have the timing and witty effects to pull it off.

Animation;
as for animation there are certain rules you should follow to get it right I presume you havent heard of these before because I couldn't see them applied in the animation.
Weight
Squash and stretch (cartoony)
appeal
timing
ease in/out
staging
pose to pose/straight forward
solid drawing
strong poses
anticipation
follow through
The ones I think you should particulary look into more is; weight, timing and strong poses, even though all of them are very important.
For next animation Id suggest you try out something smaller so you dont have to do so many scenes. Concentrate on one small scene and do it with more detail.

Keep it up
/royal

You got some pretty spiffy chibi art goin' on there, Herp! Good job!

(psst ..psst..)
Can you show me how you did that on paper? `Cause believe it or not, I can't draw crap on sheet paper, I can only do it on a computer)

Thanks, I did this animation for two reasons, it was for English class, and I could also use it to increase my chances of getting a scholarship at the college I applied too. The scholarship is that everything would be paid for for the person chosen. I havn't seen the competition so I don't know what to expect to happen. Im going to college in October.

Im graduating June 11th from high school. And the animation was a little rushed because there was a deadline What?!?! . I barely finished it during 2am the day before it was due.

Thanks for the advice royal, I hope I learn that stuff in College. Next project I do now and between October is work as a monster spriter for this rpg that is being done by a team of people and do a webcomic.

Yes, it is who you think it is.

By the way, what do you think of my animated Avatar? A monster mantis.

Yeah, I'd probably like it if the background wasn't white.

Sorry, I drew it in MS paint. : / And animated it with Animation Shop 3. I still havn't used PSP to draw on. Once I tried to, and it did all these invisible lines that wouldn't go away and it had these little dots. Right now, I only use PSP to convert or mass convert .bmps to .gifs, .jpgs, and stuff.

The mantis was purely drawn using only the pencil and different colors of green and red in paint.
