News: Cobblestones DID exist in a pre-buggy society. And I defy you to find me a pre-horse one. Wink

I accept your challenge! Answer: any Native American society before Europeans brought the horse over.

But yeah... I guess cobblestones can be useful for horses sans buggies as well... But it's still just a village dammit! A tiny village! And... there are no horses in this particular fantasy world! Yeah!

Interesting…

I enjoyed ‘Bliss’ so I can’t wait to see what else you can produce.

I would listen to all the others about the roofs and the grass. Both do hurt mine eyes…

Good work, but I would read up on So You Want to Be a Pixel Artist by Tsugomo, on the topic of breaking up monotony. If you took it that last step, you'd have excellent graphics on your hands. Happy
For example, extra grass tiles in random places that have little yellow flowers poking out; or alternating bushes around buildings, etc.

And who the hell is cutting the grass? It should be taller. Have it up beside the buildings. No pressure or offense intended, man. It's cool that you have an idea of what you want in your twon and won't bend it fo no bodeh.
Also, if not cobblestone, then dirt is cool too. Dirt or rougher yet, gravel.
