No, it doesn't mean smart idiot (though that is an oxymoron) and it isn't meant as an insult, it's just easier to type than DemocraticAnarchist. An oxymoron is a group of words that contradict each other, like jumbo shrimp, smart idiot, old child, or DemocraticAnarchist.

And no, I don't take life too seriously. I don't even take it very seriously, you guys are just overreacting.

You're just giving yourself a headache. Oxymorons can and do exist, it is only that they're names are contradictory. Democratic anarchy, however, is impossible, especially considering that anarchy is a joke.

On the topic of democratic anarchy.

Most of the policies of polititions I know are a joke anyway,
But the name is hypocritical, since he is an honest politition,
which of course is another hypocritical term.
