My suggestion is to look up a (I'm not sure if there's a special name for them.) human anatomy chart of a website. They are quite useful for studying the human body.
I like the shadowing in this new one since it's still reacting with the folds. The only problem is that the folds still don't look all too great. Most folds (Not all, most) tend to be more two lined like a crescendo mark. Thus, the shadowing will just fall in place.
The stubble I think looks fine. Keep practicing!
