Percentage based hit detection is implemented, it just isn't highly customizable, but it likely much easier to calculate the hit chance than the other formulas. _________________

You can't say "this attack hits 70% of the time," but you can set Aim to 70 temporarily and use that.
In retrospect, I ought've added pure Aim% and Mag% hit types (in addition to Aim%~Dog% and Mag%~Wil%). _________________
