What an interesting conversation
...
Is there really any point at all in making OHR Angel if its so simple? People could quickly writer their own program, and have it fully customizable...

Sure there's a point. It helps people that know squat about programming, a.k.a., me, cheat!  The furthest I've ever got in programming was writing a cheesy Lucky Seven game (Looky, Mommy, I can gamble!) in visual basic. And even the code for that wasn't written by me, I just copied it out of a book. |

Opps, I mean their own Plotscript. But if it were coded, then it would more useful because it would be garentteed to work for every game, exceot for ones with with own battle engines of course. But even then you could edit the values of the global variables..
