However, the purpose of the ban (similar to Eggie's ban) was to give them time to rethink their mistakes and come back not acting like idiots. I think he's grown up enough to post here again.
Though he probably should have told this to an admin before doing it, I see no reason to ban him again.

Well, idiots make smarties look smarter. That is the bright side. The dark side is that they might, well, *gulp*, and bug this site. I mean give it a baaad virus. Sorry, but this has always been a fear of mine on every forum I go to... (This one, and rezo.  ) Dont incurr the wrath of pure evil. Not saying that eggie is evil. In fact I liked his personality... More so that others, maybe...
Mainly, I would like to point out that some people cant help but be idiots in the eyes of some, or most people, but it doesnt mean they are idiots. Also occasional shows of maturity are nice; like the one Cybernetic did with his kind appologies.
In conclusion, stupidity can be flagrent (intensional). I am proof of that. However stupidity + Spamming stupidity (or spamming in general) is not good, and not beneficial to us. That is why I think occasional lapses out of our inner child are goot for da hart- err not a bad strategy.

Wow! Eggie is back! Hello, and dont worry, you didnt miss too many of my metamophoses! You did miss some bad spelling and grammar, but You can look back and find out just what happened in the few weeks you were gone. For example, Minnek is the Village hero, I am squire, and Cati is in Hell wearing a pirates hat! 
To answer your queston, Cacti- I think it had something to do with him being a jerk, although I didnt notice... And maby a mention of spamming... Oh well!
