) , I may have set up the filters, but in all the time of my adminship, I have never banned one person...even though I've been tempted to before.

Okay, the guy can certainly be an asshole, but he (seems to) believe in everything he says and does. I think the main reason he comes off as evil is his name, but the second (and more important) reason is that he doesn't say much until something really upsets him, and then he lets you know it. I tend to think his views on moderation are a little bit much, but I could possibly say that about the others as well...

Inferior Minion: 9
This grade is really for maintaining the site more than anything else. I mean, sure there are problems every now and again, but mostly this guy really keeps this site running, and does a good job at it. He's also always willing to listen to new ideas for the site, and things. However, I've never seen him actually 'moderate' anything.

Cube: 7
He can sound a little strong-headed about his opinions sometimes on the Lounge Board, but regardless he still seems to be a great moderator. I don't really visit the plotscripting boards very much, but I do notice that there are never any complaints from that area. The subject matter makes this an easier moderating job than others maybe, but there's more to it than that, and as far as I understand no question goes unanswered in the Plotscripting board.

Aethereal: 6
I think that this guy usually means well, but often it seems like he's adding to arguments. His opinions are strong, like Cube, and sometimes his posts make him sound really argumentative. Still, he does his job.

Misteroo: N/A
I've never played Arfenhouse, which I doubt I'd enjoy since I don't have much experience with Newbieness, or whatever you call it, so it would seem more dumb than funny to me. Still I can appreciate good parody even when I can't enjoy it, and I think it's pretty cool that someone actually took on a project like that, and made a game out of it.

Squall: 6
I can't really say that I've ever seen him 'moderate', although he's usually a cool-headed guy who helps to defuse arguments. He never sounds as argumentative as Aethereal or as offensive as Chaos Nyte, but he seems to have to deal with a lot less as well...

SD Hawk: ???
Who is this guy? Maybe his existence was already explained somewhere earlier, but I thought it most fair to do this rating without reading the ratings of anyone else first. Is he a programmer for the site or something? Does he actually 'moderate' anything?

Friend: 5
Again, I've never really seen Friend 'moderate' anything, probably because I never go to the art board. I had a little argument with Friend once, and he seemed pretty level-headed, but he didn't really diffuse the argument at all. That said, I've never seen him do anything negative on the site.

Setu Firestorm: 6
The word filter idea is kind of silly, but overall I think that Setu is the most casually friendly of the mods, and he never seems judgemental like the others can sometimes, especially towards newcomers. Maybe it's because the other moderators have known each other and the old regulars for so long. Anyway, I haven't seen him really moderate, but he usually adds good humor to any discussion, which can be good for diffusing conflict, and he reminds people that the OHR is about games, and games are supposed to be about fun (at least, to many people).
