I was sitting around feeling incredibly bored, when I decided to post some outdated art of mine. They're 3 different pictures from 3 different mediums, just because I've been experimenting with a lot of different things. I know there are about a thousand things wrong with every one of these, but I want to see if you guys can find those same errors, or if you can inform me of any new ones.
(By the way, the pictures are all pretty large-- Especially the self portrait. Which is why I have them as links.)

One of my favorite CGs I've ever done. It's about a year old now, maybe more.

My first acrylic painting, a self portrait of me. I did this in.... March? Yeah. March. The second (and last) acyrlic I did, in my opinion, looked a lot better. But I gave that to my art teacher, so this'll have to suffice.
(This is just a photograph of the painting... The photo came out pretty crappy and ended up making my painting look like it was done in pastels or colored pencils or something like that. And no, my lips don't actually look that screwed up in the real painting, either.)

HUGE pencil drawing. I just finished this about 2 weeks ago. The picture is horrible quality, sorry 'bout that. I had to take the picture when my drawing was behind some glass (it's hung up in my school's library), and there was a really bad glare. The extra white on either side of the words was actually supposed to be covered up with matting, but my teacher never got around to matting it.

Alright, that's all. Sorry for bogging down everyone's computers with my gigantic doodles. Ciao.

very nice. I especially like the pencil drawing. The reflection is kind of uggh though... I'd love to see the details of the pencil work.

Thanks, and I'm planning on taking another, better picture of the self portrait later, once it's out of the library. Hopefully you'll be able to see a little more detail on it then.

What?!?!

The pencil drawing almost looks like a photograph, especially the hair. I'll never be satisfied with another one of my drawings ever again.

Thanks everyone.
That rectangle is actually a gleam from the glass in front of the drawing that my camera decided it wanted to show.

It must be nice to have a camera that cares about you enough to do that.

...

Ok that wasn't funny.

Pffft, it's not all that great. I think you guys would change your minds if the picture were a bit clearer.

Stop being so damn modest! That picture seriously deserves an award. Say, mind if I plagiarize your work? jk.

...How long did it take you to do that, anyways?

Are you depressed, or was that just the assignment..?

'Cause if you are, I offer my concern and encouragement...for what it's worth...

But if you aren't, those are some good pictures (well, they are anyway, but saying it isn't the first priority).

...

Won't say no more just yet.

You could say that. The assignment was to do an expressive self-portrait, and I chose to do that side of me. Thank you for your concern, it means a lot.

Oh, and Madhatter... I think it took about a schoolweek working during two different art periods a day at school. So that's about an hour and a half every day, I think. Thanks for the complients.
