That's right, our rein of censorship is over. If you really want to call everyone on CP "fuckers" feel free, even if it gets you banned. On the same hand, talking like "ur teh b0mb" will now make you look like the idiot you really are. If you feel that you JUST have to swear yourself blue at someone, you'll be banned for a month. So go ahead, call me an asshole. I'll enjoy the sweet feeling of shutting you up for the rest of the month.
Using "Newbie" speak will also earn you a week ban. Come on people, if you really need to say, "KTHXBYE!!!11" then we really don't want you posting. Of course, I think admins will be able to tell when you're joking or not.
I don't think I'm going overboard with any of these rules. If you really need to swear at someone, do it in private, and if you really need to talk in newbie speak, don't do it here. I know you can all type decently, and I know that all of you have heard the word "fucker" on the 2nd grade bus, so I really don't think we're destorying any of your minds. ^_^ |

Okay, clarification. No more "I like it up the bum" or any of its cohorts, so we are free to type whatever we want without fear of it being altered, however, posting swear words will get us banned. Do I have this right?

Don't take this the wrong way but....
i hope you know what ur doing buddy...cuz the next person that calls me a nigger gets my foot up their ass. I played 5 starcraft games in a row yesterday...3 of those games had some dolt who starts dissing me cuz im black (eg. "Everyone unally Cybernetic cuz he's a nigger!"). I REALLY don't have the stomach for any of that on this forum...whether or not they get banned.
sorry if this sounds harsh chaos (im not insulting you or anything) but its just what i think.

thing is...there gonna take full advantage of no censors. I dun really care about swear words...i haer em everyday. But im sick of little 10 year olds who think the;re cool cuz they call people "niggers". Normally i don't care cuz its just the internet and they know if they say that stuff in real life they will get their ass beat, but it gets annoying really fast.
then again...theres nuttin i can really do about it....i mean its the internet. Its not like i can reach my hand in the moniter and give them a bloody nose. I guess the most you can do is ban them.But my patience for this kinda thing is running short....

I personally think that cursing isn't a bad thing. Although I don't usually do it unless I am angry. But hey, if you wonna let people cuss their brains out then go right ahead. Personally, I think if you're old enough to take on responsibilities such as owning a dog, then you should be able to be responsible enough to watch yourself and your actions.
