				| alright, here is an example of importer in action, as you can see, I imported arfenhouse's walkabout strip into baby bob.

And here is my question, what is the limit on the number of graphics.
 ie, walkabouts, hero, etc..
So far, the importer gets the strip from one file, and adds it into another file. Sort of like copy paste between files.

what do you think of the project so far?

				| All 16-color paletted graphics, including heroes, walkabouts, enemies of each size, weapons and attacks are limited to 32767 graphics sets. _________________

				| alright, I am going to allow the importer to import only 16-color graphics, you won't be able to import maptile sets and backdrops. since its already easy to import those using the default importer in custom.

				| plz chek faq b4 askn q's
I was hoping for more diverse importing features- like cutting frames out of a spreadsheet, or automatic splitting and importation of large images into walkabout frames.... add that feature. That's the one Retro suggested.

				| I will leave that for solsund, I read somewhere that he was doing just that. my importer will only import 16-color graphics, from another rpg file or from bmp that exporter will export. for that very reason, I am rewrite the extractor to save 16 colors, instead of 24-bits.
 example:
 tiles and backdrops
saving will be in 24bit color
 anything else
 4bit color.

				| Sounds cool. When can we expect it?
I really badly want this export/import thingy. Fenrir's idea was great with making the different sets of clothing and hair and hats and things to put on characters. This will really help.

 Thanks a load Ysoft
