I recently played a bunch of old games, and KidWorld was among them.
It was awful. Everything looked terrible, the doors linked to each other wrong, enemies were invincible unless you cheated, enemies spawned before you got the story trigger that was supposed to make them appear, the characters all talked to each other like we were already supposed to know who they were/where they slept.
I'd say I wasted 15 minutes, but it was a wonderful reminder of how far the OHRRPGCE community has come.
