It's a Chinese man wearing the Old soviet Union's emblem holding up a Nazi. Weren't they mortal enemies during WWII? I guess times change. How nice...

Wait. I figured it out. You are saying that Comunism is more powerful than Nazism? The Chinese man is lifting the Nazi to prove he is stronger. That is true, but you should have Democracy lifting both of them.
