I am trying to cut a segement out of a midi file and save it as it's own file. I have tried using noteworthy and anvil studio, but I have had no luck. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this task (using anvil studio, noteworthy, or any other program)?

Anvil Studio: The only way I know of to do this is to copy all the tracks for the segment that you want to create as its own file and paste them into a new midi file one by one.. _________________ im realy ded |

Anvil Studio: Find where the segment starts, select everything from that point to the beginning on one of your tracks. Select delete selection from all tracks.
Then select one or two notes immediately after the segment on one of your tracks, select delete selection from all tracks then increase the value to something insanely high. This should leave you with the track segment you want. Or have I got this question all wrong? _________________
