Good news everyone! My brother says he's gonna fix up Town traveler! Big grin

And guess who he wants to help him... if you said me, you're right!
He's redoing the graphics, and I'm doing the plotscripting. (And EVERYTHING ELSE! Pissed off!

There will be a GOOD storyline. I just hope this doesn't take too much of my time.

Id like to see the worm try to get through my custom built firewall...That and Im 98, whoop! Anyway, upon doing the graphics, remember your light sorces should always be on the same spot, so don't flip your npcs when coping the frames.

Sorry, I don't mean to be rude or snide or discouraging. But give up on Town Traveller. Make a new game, or start it over entirely from scratch. Your first dozen games will be horrible, all of ours were. Your's isn't even amongst the worst.

Don't put everything you make on the gamelist. Teach yourself how to make your dream game first. Then make your dream game. THEN put it on the list and blow us all away.

If you don't want to take the time to make a bunch of practice games, that's fine, it'll just be something you do for fun now and then. But understand that showing your practice games to anyone but immediate family.... It's a bad idea.

Laziness and game design really don't work very well together. I suggest finding another medium: writing, art, music, film, etc.

Then keep game making as a personal hobby. If you're not gonna put any effort into it, we don't want to see the terrible games you're gonna lazily slap together.

And don't try music or art or film if you're lazy. If you're lazy don't try anything that you're gonna show to anyone else, because it's gonna come out as being pretty awful and you'll b laughed out of town.
