I'd like to announce that I'm in production of a new game, and this time, one that I intend to finish. It's called Hidden Legends and its a story about a wizard and archer who are in search of the 7 ancient relics of the Earth. There's a better summary on the gamelist. Right now I'd say that it wont be long until a demo, which will at least be to the first boss. Raspberry!

Sounds pretty cool but the summary on the gamelist isn't better...

To be perfectly honest, that is a very cliché RPG concept. No, no, no...

All it needs is elemental crystals, and it would be the Cliche Game.

The basic storyline may sound cliché, as you put it, but then again so does every story. Every story has a hero who is doing some rescuing. Keep in mind this is only the basic storyline, and furthermore, it's subject to change considering we've only done the first town. That's the way games go then i guess, eh? So yeah the story will change a bit. But what's a story without some evil baddies who you gotta go steal stuff from? Raspberry!

There's plenty (most) games that you don't do that in. People stay away from that because it is so cliche, there have been an incredible about of games that make you go collect either 7, 8, 10, or 20 crystals/relics/gems/talismans. It's just such a worn out plot... uniqueness in stories isn't that hard to make.

Eh, alright. There are games like that. But most games do have a single evil baddie that you have to defeat (i.e. like bowser in mario games). I'll take that into consideration though. Come to think of it, most games are about collecting things. But what would you consider not cliche?

That was very entertaining Ha ha ha! With that list, every game's bound to have a cliche or two (or ten) in it...
