I don't know how it happened, but somehow, Halloween Quest has reached 500 downloads. I was discussing with someone online whether or not to show a couple new screenshots of HQ2 before it's release in Halloween. So I'll use this thread to ask if you'd be interested in seeing various places you will be going in HQ2. And thanks for all those who helped HQ1 make it to be 25/25 on the top 25 Ha ha ha!

I would love to see some HQ2 screens, and congratulations on 500 hits, man.

I've played a demo, and everyone will be surprized with this game. I can testify that RMZ has come a LONG way with this one. If only there were more time, heh.

Halloween Quest is one of my favorite games here, I'd like to see how Halloween Quest 2 is coming along! Congrats on 500 downloads!

Alright, here you go, a brand new set of teasers.

Is that a car shooting fireballs?!

MEGAMAN?!

What's going on here?!

That's a big dragon...

Swimming?!

Comments are always appreciated. If you want to guess at some of these send me a PM.

Fenrir, Sadly I think you have a point. And from all the OHR games I have ever worked on I'd say being rushed doesn't help in terms of quality. I'm sure everyone would love to see a demo more than a rushed game that diminishes. So, I will be uploading the 70%+ copy of Halloween Quest 2 on Halloween Day/Night and work on it from there. I have a lot of stuff I want to cover and I don't want to skip it because of time. So, basically, everyone will get HQ2 on Halloween, just not a 100% copy.

JPGs work if you set the compression really low. As is, I can't make out a thing on half of those. From what I do understand, looks interesting.

Moog, you will have to help me do that sometime. But the screenshots are pretty much of a couple of the minigames and a sort of climatic "hehe" point in the game. Also, you can see Megaman and his evil and ironic (You'll understand when you play the game) enemy, Chargeman.

Nice costumes. I wonder what they are....but where's the other guy?! I really liked Josh's friend, he helped me win many battles! The name escapes me, I think it was Clyde or something. If it's somthing plot related (you seem reluctet to reveal much plot-related) you dont have to answer, but I liked him.

Now that I relook at my screenshots, I realize as well, Clyde isn't in there. But, I will reveal a hint as of now there are 3 main playable characters missing from those screenshots. All of the characters have much deeper personalities than before. So if you liked Clyde, you will probally like him more this time around. I remember Iblis commented on the childish nature of Max that interested him. I kinda take peoples' comments and merge them into my cast. But Clyde has a darker tale that awaits him in Halloween Quest 2.

Talk to me via a messenger service and then you can get more screenshots. And if you get REAL REAL lucky, you may get a demo. But I have heard nothing but good things about this game so far. And since I am giving myself even more time on it, that means it will be better. More minigames, more gameplay, more quality. But heh, I may be able to make it on time.

Give one to CN. He's the best playtester ever. He'll pick it apart and tell you specifically what's wrong and right about it.
