Suppose you could be the producer for a game with whomever you felt like working for you. Who would you have fill which positions (and which would you fill yourself)?

By a stroke of luck, I am pretty well working with my Dream Team on my next project; that is:

Hero Design/Graphics: Fenrir-Lunaris (Not to be confused with character design.)
Map Design/Event Planner: ChaosNyte
Enemy Design/Graphics: Komera (Not to be confused with battle design.)
Maptiles: djfenix has done nothing but impress me here.
Musician: JazzMan or Radar (who have all but disappeared -- they are not really on my team)
Cutscenes: if the game has them, then Royal (too bad he's gone pro)
Scripting, Story, Battle, Character Design: ...if I'm producing, I'd better be doing a good bit of the story and design -- especially design. There's also no reason for me to contract out scripters.

(Edit) Oh, and this goes without saying, but if there are zombies in the game, Gilbert has to be in it somewhere.

Jazz isn't totally gone. He's on IRC every now and then.

If I could have anyone on my team...
I'd have Gilbert doing sprites, and Shadowiii doing maptiles.
Everything else, I don't know.
I'd be Writer, Director, and Head Programmer, though.

Mine. It wouldn't be an RPG. I despise the built-in OHR Battle engine (well, I just don't like it. Raspberry!), and I'm not a huge fan of RPGs. A battle system to Tales of Phantasia would be neat, though.

General Game Planning: That is, how exactly the battle engine would work. Planning is considerably different from actual scripting, note. I'd probably pick from the group alraedy working on it. Probably myself, the plotscripters (Mr. B, Moog, Retro), and Orchard.
Hero Design: Dr. Shiz (He is a great character designer)
Graphics(Maptiles): Orchard-L (the best pixel artist here, bar none, except for NPCs)
NPC Graphics: I like my personal style, though there are quite a few talented NPC artists.
Map Design/Event Planner: JSH. He has a knack for pulling events out of his hat (see OHR-House's first few weeks, OMFG TIT ROXORS, etc.)
Musician: Jazz Man is the best musician I've seen in terms of the OHR.
Cutscenes: Sephy is an accomplished artist, to say the least.
Scripting: Probably a wide group. Retro, Moogle1, Mr. B...
Story/Character Design: Myself, as I consider this my strong point.
Dialogue: Uncommon or Pepsi Ranger (I don't think Pepsi makes OHR games anymore, and both Pepsi and Uncommon's dialogue is brilliant)
Title Screen: ME. (My favorite part of making a game, besides finishing making the game Raspberry!)
Person to make the sequel: Chaos Nyte (you know he would Wink)

CN has a way of pulling genius ideas out of thin air. He feels guilty for the SG2 map being so frakkin huge, but if you'd've seen the design paper for it, you, too, would be convinced that it could not afford to be any smaller. Pity the execution didn't work as well as I'd hoped. Did anyone ever make it to Dracula's castle? I think he makes you play Rock/Paper/Scissors with him.

The problem with CN is that he spreads himself thin too often. Get him to concentrate on one aspect and he rawks.

Hero Design/Graphics: If it's just graphics, Surlaw with Fenrir going over them.
Map Design/Event Planner: Two entirely different things. I'd say Mattgamer for map design and Poodles for event planner
Enemy Design/Graphics: Surlaw with Fenrir editing
Musician: OHR music sucks; I'll just rip
Cutscenes: Cutscenes are a waste of time
Scripting, Story, Battle, Character Design: Myself

Walkabout graphics: Myself (I like doing them Big grin )
Maptile: AdrianX/ZzFenix (couldn't ask for better)
Hero/Enemy Graphics: Shadow/Fenrir (hmm... I rarely use the game's battle system)
Map Design/Event Organizer: ChaosNyte (I've worked with CN, and I agree with what moogle says completely)
Musician: JazzMan/Setu_FireStorm (they both rock Big grin )
Cutscenes: Myself (what can I say, I look like to try things out)
PlotScripting: Worthy/The_Mad_Cactii/Moogle1/Myself (I'm a pig Huh? )
Story: Gizmog/ChaosNyte (both comes up with great ideas, though... Giz needs to be pushed out of the gutter once in a while)
Director/Character Design/Whatever's left: Whoever suits the role Raspberry!

the final role is so bland, because it depends heavily on the situation of the game, usually it'll tie in with the Story producer, but whatever works
I do maptiles... in small proportions! Every game that required me to do maptiles has been left collecting dust with only one maptileset half-completed Raspberry!

Plotscripter/Programmer- Moogle1 on OHR, SDHawk on anything else.
Animator- Flamer <3
Musician- Troupe
Cutscenes- Queen_of_Dorks

People I'd like to one day work with on a project-
Shizuma- LOVE his style.
Harlock- It'd be hilarous, even if we'd never finish the project.
Cube- I think with my help his plotscripting genius could really reach new levels.
