I just lost hundreds of lines of script. Is Unlump supposed to reduce .hss files to 0 bytes? Because I accidentally clicked on that and thats about the only thing I could think of that erased all my lines (I still have my file though). Lol, man I feel stupid... at least I have a backup file thats only about 400 lines smaller. ERGHHHH!!!!!! Pissed off!

I always have .HSS defaulted to HSPEAK.EXE so I dont screw it up!

I backup my stuff everyday. You should to. Its utterly important.

I create a .bat file to import my scripts. Its very easy. And works.

As soon as the respective opperators work their way down to general discussion from the soap box, they might move it. I'm not worried.

To answer your question in the mean time; This could be a computer glitch. But I know absolutely NOTHING about those, so I can't but guess.
And hey, usually when you start something over, it gets better than ever. Try it over. You'll feel good when it gets done. this shit happens to me all the time.

Wait, what happened? Did you try feeding a HSS file into UNLUMP? I think it would reject it, and if it didn't, it would write everything to a temp directory, and not the actual file..

No, LeRoy, I was here when Kahn made the first post. I don't see the humor in this, personally, and I wouldn't recommend doing this in the midst of what's going on here. I've already had to duel out one ban for someone spamming up another board after he flipped out.

I'm not warning you or chewing you out, I'm just saying that it's not a good idea to be making posts to poke fun at people right now.

Guys don't worry about this post, its no problem anymore since i'm WAY past that point. Heh, thanks for the help anyways though, I was sitting in my seat continuosly refreshing this page through all these months in the hopes of more replies, heheh j/k.

And yeah, i'm still lurking this site reading 100X more than writing here, maybe its about time I released something.
