It's Holiday Season, and man, things are getting all cool and festive. We had snow earlier today, and it got me to thinking, what I was gonna be doing over the Holidays. I'm probably gonna be home, I mean, on the 24th and 25th, and chill out in IRC as usual. But, man, y'never know, I might step out. What're you all gonna do? Any traditions, or anything special you do? And hell, even if you're not celebrating Christmas, what do you do? I'm afraid I don't have much experience outside of what my family's done, so hearing other holiday traditions shall prove quite enlightening.

I try not to make plans. Still living with my family (father especially), it is fruitless to plan ANYTHING. I might just get dragged around the nation to different relative's houses this winter. The gifts I get are really pointless too. A lot of the time, it's all clothing... And I have a bit too much of that as it is. If anyone needs clothing to stay warm this holiday they could go to the GoodWill. I am sure they will have a big box with the name "Shawn's donations" on it just for you.

PS: Still no snow in (East) Nebraska. The weather REALLY doesn't need to be as cold as it is without the snow. -.-

We always go to our condo in Colorado and on Christmas eve we watch the grinch (new version). Kinda stupid, but thats all we do for christmas. Sadly, there is no internet out there Crying

I'm going off to the mountains with my family after more family comes down to visit. I'll probally do a lot of nothing in the mountains as usual. But my dad bought himself a laptop to take up there, so I'll probally load up my ohr files onto it and work on stuff while I am away. Probally finish Battle Royale.

I think I will light incense, turn on a Cradle Of Filth CD or other CD of similar music (I don't mess with the "genres" of music, as they are called; I like what I like), and kick back with a cup of green tea and a Ray Bradbury/JRR Tolkien book.
