..regarding PHC and his hatred towards "generic and souless anime cliches":
..im not mad at you.i dont like having enemies;noone does.i just want you to know that you can't just call someone else's art as soulless and generic.here in the Philippines,anime is good..no,the best.your'e cool if you can draw any anime character,cooler if you have created an original character.
..i draw like that because that is my style..not just because it's anime-like,in fact,i dont consider it as anime at all.i dont like immitating some anime character,unless someone asks me to.my art is not soulless and generic;each character i made have their own distinct characteristics,and emotions.
..and that's it.you wont hear from me regarding anything about "generic and soulless anime cliches"..

Don't stop posting because PHC shot down anime. PHC is a good guy... but we all have out bad sides.
I'm sure PHC is mature enough to understand that what he said was offensive. |

| So either take the knock and accept that your art is a bit on the generic and souless side, or develop a style that doesn't look exactly like every other jackass who draws anime. Throwing a hissy fit is not the solution. |
