I find that mostly his excuses are a veiled way of bringing up everything the other person's done, and trying to ingite a flamewar. IE:

"I'm sorry I called Mr. PHC a dumbass, even if he DID do such and such, and even though he thinks my anime is dull and lifeless and gay, I don't hate him back, or think he's a dumbass who doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about, and he should drink bleach."

(Not an actual quote, but it fits his style)

My googling of Tarantado found posts in which it seems to be used in a vulgar-cursoring manner. Can anyone find a Fillipino translator, and tell me what this guy's been saying? I think using foreign languages to bypass inciting a flame war is a possible infraction of rules.

well, yeah, I was referring to myself for babbling in my language......

But, sometimes, GAGO can be used as
"Oh, get real!"
"no, seriously..."

TARANTADO, in my tongue, means "paranoid". During that time, I was referring to people who think about this and about that..
