				| Just thought it would be interesting to see how long the average castleparadoxer actually has been using the OHR.
I didn't include all of the really early versions, but put them together into larger groups by the years they were released.

				| There is no option corresponding to the amount of time I've been using the OHRRPGCE.
I remember when the last two tiles of every tileset automatically animated, before there were custom tile animations. I remember the 4-map OHRRPGCE. I remember... well. You get the idea.

				| 4 map, last-two-tiles here. I believe it was the oct 98 version.
back in those days, the wallmap editor could give you epileptic seizures.

I also believe you were limited to something like 1000 textboxes.

				| haha, i was around like 10 when i first started using it; has it really been that long?
sheesh, i've made so many games with it too, and not a one of them was released nor still exists (and not one of them got completed either).

i remember the 4 map limit; which i wasn't aware of when i first started using it. really bummed me down when i learned mr. smiley couldn't complete his quest because the world couldn't expand anymore.

				| Even though I've only been a member of CP for a few weeks, I actually remember those days too. I remember the seven month span when we all thought James was dead, too. Those were good days. | Moogle1 wrote: | | There is no option corresponding to the amount of time I've been using the OHRRPGCE.

				| I found the OHR in the summer of 2001, I believe. I've been working on one game and one game only ever since. I remember that when I started, I must have seen some older version of the FAQ because I believed that I only was allowed 1000 text boxes, and I remember trying to think of generic things for townspeople to say that I could use in every town. Exactly what you DO NOT want to do (unless it were true that you only had 1000 text boxes). Now I just keep some of them in the game because it is kind of funny (to me). | |

				| Hmm... Seems there should have been some more alternatives in this poll. But it seems it can't be edited... _________________

				| I joined in right after the number of maps had been expanded.
Plotscripting was the most significant update afterward, then things like editting strings/status targetting in battles and the windows port.

				| I've been here shorter than a great many people: since early 2002. Back then the updates were sparce and new games seemed more plentiful. You got a dozen entries to a game contest, yet few of the classic games people talk about came from that time. At least that's how I remember it. _________________
