Just to keep people informed, here are six screenshots showing the updates I've made to the game since I've uploaded it.
A screenshot of the Leech's level, the 7th out of the 8th level. The design is now complete, now it's just a matter of adding everything in to make it complete.
Another shot of her level. Note her level is a mansion, and therefore, is designed to look like one. So you'll find bathrooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, etc and it will feel like a mansion too.
A sample of the enemies in the level, as well as one of the new attacks you will be able to use with Tyler.
The first level, with cutscenes added to boss encounters.
Some pictures to go with the action that occurs in the second level!
One of the several cutscenes when you encounter Darryl in the third level.
Leave comments if you have any. Hopefully I will have most of this game finished before the week ends. _________________ http://www.castleparadox.com/gamelist-display.php?game=750 Bloodlust Demo 1.00

Wow, looks pretty good kid. Should I hold off reviewing it till that version comes out? 'cause I haven't played in a day or two, and it seems like maybe I could just wait and do it all at once when it's finished. |

The first two screenshots reminds me eerily of the first house in xerian. I like the game so far, though I wish you had given each person their own textbox, instead of cramming a bunch of dialogue into each box. That's success rule #2 |

Neat work there, bucko. I love how you put a Van Gogh in that second one.
At least it looks like one.
The style is great. Very humorous and fun. The dialog seems to be lackluster, and I know a thing or two about lack luster dialog. However, it's humorous too, so maybe it's good as it is. _________________ Planning Project Blood Summons, an MMORPG which will incinerate all of the others with it's sheer brilliance...

Gizmog - Yeah, you should probably hold off until the final version. Meanwhile however, if you have any other things you can point out that I could work on besides what was previously mentioned (more NPC interactivity), that would be helpful.
Longebane - I will impliment success rule #2 next time I make a game. For this game, I'll try to keep it all seperate for what is left I suppose.
LeRoy_Leo - Yep. That's a Van Gogh. I know the dialouge is a bit lacking, and it's the result of unfortunately not putting in the full effort when I started making the game (I hadn't intended in putting in as much effort as I am now). I'll go over it though before the final release and see if I can make it a bit better for some of the parts. _________________ http://www.castleparadox.com/gamelist-display.php?game=750 Bloodlust Demo 1.00

I would appreciate it if next time you used png or gif formatting instead of jpeg. I'd like to see the details. Otherwise no comment. _________________ "Everyone has 200,000 bad drawings in them, the sooner you get them out the better."

Only thing that really sticks out to me, is that I had no idea where some of the dungeons were, and so I wandered around reading teh signs until I found what seemed to be the "Next" one. This caused me to run into some kind of powerful enemies, that I barely ran away from, but there was an inn I used that healed me, and I kind of judged the dungeons by the enemy strength until I could get to the sign. |

Thanks Giz, I fixed that problem by adding a map to the Information Kiosk, so you can tell what enemies to head over to and fight, and who to avoid until you're stronger.
At this point, I have finished the seventh level, and all that's left now is the final dungeon, the rest of the cutscenes, and improvements to each level. _________________ http://www.castleparadox.com/gamelist-display.php?game=750 Bloodlust Demo 1.00
