The 97% is just an estimate, but the game is near completion. Cutscenes have all been finished (all 180 of them!), Bosses and secret bosses added in, all dungeons complete, all that's left now is checking it up and fixing any bugs and adding in the last bits. Just thought I'd let everyone know.
EDIT: The game is 99% done :-p All that's left for me to do is playtest it and then I'll release it.
