				| While re-reading Uncommon's review of one of my newb games, I came upon this:

  	  | Quote: | | There was very little gameplay outside of the battles. Oh, and the CTRL key is never a good idea for a run key. |

Now, I've been using the Ctrl key as the run key for every one of my games.
I find it to be a little more convenient to reach than [r], and it also has the exact same uses as the space bar.
In my view, the Ctrl key is the 'Action (A)' button of a Nintendo Controller.

So I'm kind of confused about why it is discouraged to use that key to run.

				| Lots of people are used to using it as the 'action' key, that is to interact with things as it conveniently close to the 'alt' key, so using it to run would be confusing. Most Gameboy games with running use B where A is for interaction and just about all commercial PC games I've tried, eg. Doom use shift. L-shift is also close to ctr and alt. _________________
