..is there a way to exit the game through plotscripting aside from the game over command?..or if there is,would the effect almost be the same? |

Not just almost the same, exactly the same.
exiting the game is what the 'plot:game over' command does. |

Ah, no.
But if you go into the general game bitsets, and disable the title screen and the load screen, then "game over" will cause the program to exit.
If your game still needs a title screen and a load screen, you can display them with plotscripting from your new-game script. |
