I am trying to achieve a black and white (or grayscale) effect for one scene in my game. If it is possible with tweak palette, what would be the correct parameters to use?

If you want black and white with no gray at all, then you're going to have to mess with the actual palettes.

What we really need is a "sepiascale palette" for all those flashback sequences.
