|
|
Okay, I don't know what the heck happened, but in my game, I tried to create a new doorlink for a map and the program crashed. As if that wasn't bad enough, now for the last couple of maps, trying to create a new doorlink causes the program to crash, and trying to look at certain doors does the same thing (when it didn't before the first crash). I'm not about to erase the map data just to fix this problem, and even when I do erase the map data and try to create a new doorlink for the crashing maps, it'll still crash. :/
This is like, Maps 67 - 70, and some of the crashing doors range from 8 to 18, and it seems like some data got messed up during the crash. I'm pissed.
EDIT: I tried going back a month with each nightly, and for the 2/28 nightly, there is no door link corruption problems. For 3/28 though, it does crash and onward. Even if I clear the data in an older nightly and then open it in the newer, it still crashes when I try to open the door link menu. _________________ http://www.castleparadox.com/gamelist-display.php?game=750 Bloodlust Demo 1.00

I'm actually heavily considering using plotscripting and NPCs to work around the inability to link doors. _________________

No need to do anything so drastic. TMC fixed the bug last wednesday, but there was a problem with my nightly build system that was preventing the fix from being concluded.
Re-download the latest nightly, and re-test your door links. |
