"*Yawn*Good morning mom."I greeted.
"Good moring to you too son."My mom said.
"I'm gonna go over to Lokewa's house!"I yelled as I entered the kitchen.
"Good be back at lunch!"My mom yelled as I walked out the door.
I walked through town greeting people as I went.
Suddenly YO!YOYO!
"Move!Everyone evacuate!We're being attacked!"A guard yelled
YO!YOOOOOOOO!YOYOYOYOYOYOYOYOOO!The guard shook and fell dead!!
I took off full speed toward my house.Trying to warn my mom.Smoke...I smelt smoke...Holy *&%#!They have set the town on fire!
"Go!Run into the forest son!"My Dad yelled as he faught off a yo ghost.
"But Dad!"
"No buts!Go!I'll get your mom!"
So I took off running full speed toward the forest.
It was night by now...I could see the light from the flames in the distance.
Yo...The cries of battle were fading.
Finaly I was safe.
I kept wandering the forest until I fell asleep exahusted.

I'm more concerned about jumpting into bushes that make you fall asleep, while being chased by a ghost that just wants to greet you and say "Yo!"

I didn't much like your story, so I edited it towards my liking. Raspberry!

As the light trickled in through my window, I awoke.
I stood up, stretched and then yawned, after doing so, I made my way through the cluttered mess of clothes and books collected on my bedroom floor.

I rushed downstairs, hoping to visit my friend, Lockewa.
"Good morning, dear!", said my mom as she saw me enter the kitchen.
"Morning mom!", I replied.
"Where are you going?", she asked as I reached for the door.
"To Lockewa's.", I answered.
"Oh, okay, be back at twelve.", she replied.
"I will!", I said as I exited my house.

As I walked towards Lockewa's, I began to hear a faint cry.
I then heard a sharp "Yo" come from my left, I turned only to be facing one of the many guards patrolling my town.
He suddenly stopped, life left him, and soon he dropped to the ground.
What happened?
Was the town being attacked?
The pitch of the faint yos then increased.
Not knowing what to do, I dashed towards the nearest town exit.
The world around me a blur, the sound muffled.

I heard a few muffled commands.
"We are being attacked, move!"
"Get outta here!"

As the exit gates drew near, so did the yos.
I then looked back, only to see smoke and flames.
The town was burning, and the people I knew and loved were dieing.

That's all for now, I might finish it another day.

Wow. DragonBlood's version is a huge improvement over the original transcript. Huge props to you for that.
