Is there a way to sort my text boxes so they aren't all jumbled into one place? Like maybe Folders? Thanks

Sadly no, there is no sorting or organizing of text boxes. Jumbled is just the way they are.
The text box chain browser can help a bit because it makes it easy to find text boxes that are connected to each other no matter how jumbled they are. |
