That confused me at first too. When you are logged in, and looking at the game-list, you should see "Add/Edit games" right under the log-out button.
It looks like just one link, but it is actually two links side-by side. "Add" / "Edit Games"
You have to click directly on the word "Add" |

Most people with broadband connections can download files much faster than they can upload them. I had a connection with a 40 times speed difference once. So maybe that's the reason.
