Chance Game - by Raekuul

Chance Game is...well, Chance Game is next to nothing. There's a map full of little circles-with-arrows-in-them, and you have your own little circles-with-an-arrow-in-it of a different color. There are two little circles-with-arrows-in-them at the bottom, and talking to them may or may not change the screen tint. That's it.

What is this? I mean, why would someone even bother releasing this? It's nothing! There's absolutely no puropose for this thing. Next time, Raekuul, put a little more thought into it before you set out to make a game, eh?

A Wizard's Life - by Sparrowhawk

We've come a long way, haven't we? We've come a bloody long way in the wrong direction when Something as awful as this bloody thing reaches 500 downloads. A Wizard's Life isn't quite your generic RPG -- no, even the most generic RPG has some sort of action -- it doesn't even reach that low standard. The game is boring. As the wizard Kurin, you'll have a lot of pointless and anti-fun wandering with some semblance of a generic hero-saves-the-world story, poor dialogue, paper-thin characters, and one of the most boring experiences the OHR has to offer, with the exception of Tilde and the Mask of :P. This game is horribly paced, thouhghtlessly designed, and doesn't have enough actual gameplay to justify it's existence. Don't insult us by adding to its download count.

Magisteral - by Aethereal

Aethereal's highly anticipated game finally gets a release! Magisteral may use the default engine, but it does things you wouldn't expect with it. It's system revolves around four Auras -- Strength, Magic, Speed, and Defense -- which will balance your heroes' stats in different ways, requirig a little more attention to be taken when fighting battles. This thirty-minute demo will take you through a complete dungeon, featuring some decent puzzles and a boss battle. The story, at this point, is a little weak, and hardly alluded to in this demo, but the gameplay more than makes up for it. You're generally missing out if you don't check out this game.

Shadowiii's comments
I've been waiting for this game for a while, so I figured I'll makea few comments. First off, while I'm glad to see a release, there really is little here except the battles and dungeon (hence "Tech Demo"). I'd honestly hope for more story considering how long this game has been in production. Next, the graphics are dead OHR average. You can't hit closer to average then this. The battle system is great, but it has a few flaws (I can see in the future I'm going to need lots of hp and mana potions when I get unfavorable auras for harder battles). However, the game plays well, and the battle system breaks away from being a spacebar smasher (unless you get a strength aura), so overall it is worth a look-see if you are interested in seeing a unique battle system and some nifty dungeon puzzles. Other then that, there isn't much here.
