Them's Fightin' Words
I'm at a bit of a loss for words. You see, this game changed my life. It made me think, and do you want to know what I thought?

I'll tell you.

I give up on games like this. This game was nothing more than a waste of time. I reviewed it on request, and quit playing because it froze. Now, the reason that I took ten minutes to actually play the game rather than one was to find screenshots to use. If you don't like reading my reviews, then stop reading and just disregard this game entirely. Run. Far away.
Graphics
This game was just plain messy. While the graphics weren't completely terrible, they weren't arranged correctly and it ended up being a huge mess. Link looks like the prince from Shrek 2 acting out his Keebler fetish. When I first loaded the game
up, I was enthralled by a fairly good cutscene. Then the cutscenes started flashing by incredibly fast, confusing me greatly, then the ugliness began.

Look at the first screenshot. This is when I knew this game was damned before it started. I can see another room from Link's house. Sure, everyone has made this mistake before, but why didn't Battleblaze fix it? I'm sure he played his own game, right?

Right?

And right when I walk outside, I speak with an NPC. He says something that I cannot read because of the horrible font, and then vanishes before my eyes. Great. Could have figured out what to do there, but because of- amazingly- a cosmetic problem, I gave up on the game.

Another problem that I had was inconsistency with the Zelda series. Rupees give the incorrect amount of money in this game. Get this right: Green = one, Blue = five, Red = 20. Not that big of a deal? Well, it sure was to me. You'd think that a Zelda fangame would be like a Zelda game.

Now, I'll be fair to this game: some of the graphics were okay, like the cutscenes. But as I said, good graphics are nothing if they don't work correctly.

Storyline
From this point on, I will split this section into two subsections: Story and Dialogue.
Dialogue is an integral element of story-intensive games, and deserves to have its own section. And so it shall.

Unfortunately, I couldn't read much dialogue in this game, so I've shortened that paragraph.

Story

I have no idea what this game was about. The intro flashed by too fast, and there wasn't really anything happening while I explored the town. As far as I can tell, it's some kind of 'DOOD LINKZ SUN FYTES EVIL!' angle.

Dialogue

Ugh. The author has no idea how to use commas and people attacked me for no reason. That's all there is to say, right?

Let's move on.

Gameplay
This is split into sections, so I will do it as instructed.

Here is my new disclaimer for the 'Gameplay' section. My reasoning for several attacks may be based upon what is written in the disclaimer.
These can be taken both literally and in a figurative sense.
Also, my disclaimer will change as I write reviews, since I pick up new rules along the way.
1. No game should be played 'just for fun.' This doesn't mean that games shouldn't be fun. It just means that the entire purpose of a game shouldn't be 'having fun-' after all, not all movies are comedies, hmm?
2. Shock value is useless and should be left out of games if in excess.
3. Effort/Length does not equal quality.
4. The movie can indeed be better than the book; the game can indeed be better than the book.
5. Most games are just bad remakes of other games.
6. A game should explain any abnormal features without a manual.

  Battle
This game's battles are unbalanced. Your attack doesn't do much damage, one spell is massively overpowered, and one does less damage but costs MP. Need I say more? Be glad, I only ran into about six battles. The worst thing about the battles is the encounter rate (where there are random battles). Every two steps is waaaay too much.

  Map Design
I couldn't find anything, and the game froze for some strange reason. I said 'Thank the stars' when this happened and closed game.exe.

  Balance
Covered this in 'Battles.' Also, you can buy items for free, but you can't equip them. Again, the creator did not play his own game.

Music
Ah! I finally get to hear an OHR game, and it sucks. The music in this game, while fairly fitting, is terribly converted. The only track I liked was the Fire Emblem-based music from Super Smash Bros: Melee. But that's just because I love that song.
Enjoyment
    Ha! No.
Final Blows
This game has a loading screen when you reload it. ... Why in the hell did it need one?

Final Scores
Graphics: 2/10.0
A mess.
Storyline: 1/10.0
What?
Gameplay: 1/10.0
I'm not sure how this game was supposed to be played, but it sure wasn't interesting.
Music: 3/10.0
Decent choices, but terrible conversion. Get a MIDI sequencer and change instruments if possible. Or just trash the game.
Enjoyment: 1/10.0
Eh... None?
Overall Grade: F-
