Review # 32 for Chaos Nyte
Them's Fightin' Words
I was looking forward to this game, after playing Land of the Mystics, only to find out it's no where near done. Why Mattgamerr sent this thing in for review is a puzzle to me.

Storyline: Max wakes up after the events from lotm, in the Grosse Mountains, where he meets a man named Gerdo. Gerdo offers to help him down the mountain, and he's also found the characters from the first game, Kay and Tyson. After heading down the mountain, your allowed to go to Gerdo's house, and that's it. The "game" ends there. No demo ending message, no completion of the quest. It just stops going.

Graphics: Much improved since lotm, though Max is beginning to resemble a tea pot. The maptiles are well detailed, with the exception of the island in the middle of the canyon, which looks like it's hanging in mid-air. The battle graphics are a little different, not better, just different, and the enemies look much nicer. The World map looks great, to bad you can't go anywhere on it.

Gameplay: You get to fight some monsters that give far to little exp. Wee. The Grosse Mountain map was well designed, with alternate paths you could follow to get off the mountain. Spells were interesting, but this demo really is to short to have fun.

Music: Ripped, and place well. Matt really knows how to make music add to the game. The battle theme was a bit loud though.
Final Scores
Graphics: 8/10.0
Good looking for such a short and pointless demo.
Storyline: 2/10.0
It's like lotm got extended for another two minutes of plot.
Gameplay: 3/10.0
Nothing like killing wave after wave of Mountain Goblins.
Music: 7/10.0
Good choices. Annoying battle song.
Overall Grade: F
Final Thoughts
This is embarrassing. I have no idea why this was sent in.
