Review # 10 for Onlyoneinall What would they have done to me if I was in it?
Them's Fightin' Words
The sequel to the popular OHR House! With a new cast all in Hawaii! What crazy antics will our contestants bring out this time?
Graphics
The game graphics are a mix of ripped backdrops for the closeups of the contestants, and then the graphics drawn for everything else.

While the backdrops don't look as good due to loss of quality from importing into 256 color, it does a pretty good job of keeping the mood and personality of the characters, and in fact this will help build your idea of a person through this. Nothing special, but some of them are funny looking and also look funny when paired with certain scenarios or music (Like Chaos Nyte with his Harry Potter picture and Final Fantasy Mystic Quest song, which happens to be his theme).

The graphics for the maps are generally colorful and well done. The game takes place all under one house, but there are many different situations, and sometimes revamps or changes of time of day that keep it interesting. The walkabouts fit well with each character's larger picture, and overall, the graphics are done well and fit the game.

I have no major complaints about the graphics, while they're not the highest quality, it still has a good amount of polish to it, and fit well for what it's meant to do.

Storyline
Since this game is more a interactive story/movie more than anything, the storyline would have to be one that can keep the attention of the player since it will be focused on the whole time.

The basic idea of OHR house is several members of the OHR community getting together in one house and living there together. Each week, contestants fight for immunity which prevents them from being voted off temporarily, and at the end of each week they vote for who will be cast off until eventually there is only one person left. That is more or less, what to keep in mind, and you will get everything once you've watched through several weeks of the game's game show :P

The story, or interactive movie has been executed well. Individual plotlines unfold, characters have mutual allies and enemies, have distinct habits or personalities, and they all keep in mind winning the game for the grand prize.

Humor is a big factor in this game, and often times there are many funny moments. If the story isn't telling itself and progressing along, it will stop a moment to spark off a laugh with something silly or by combining music and pictures to give things that humorous tone. Perhaps one of the funnier parts is how Chaos Nyte always takes a long time in the shower and then pops out with his theme song playing, and his Harry Potter head popping up. That usually gets me laughing, and if that doesn't tickle your funny bone, there are plenty of other characters and situations that will be a potential laugh.

Gameplay
Gameplay? WHAT GAMEPLAY?! This being more an interactive story/movie as mentioned earlier, the only thing you can do is advance text boxes to keep the story going, and choose which week of OHR House you want to view. Other than this and quitting, there really not much else you can do.

  Battle
No battles in this game, at least not the kind the player can fight in.

  Map Design
The maps are done nicely, and feel like a house and beaches of Hawaii. Once you've seen enough of the house, you'll start to remember most of the locations and recognize it upon sight. Nothing else can really be said.

  Balance
The game's story and humor balances nicely.

Music
All songs are clearly ripped, and often from popular sources. Each contestant is assigned a certain song, and when they talk, their song usually goes off, and you will start to associate these with the person. Sometimes it may spark that giggle when you think of the person, while other times you will feel malice for someone you don't like (I believe it was Jjkaybomb, the overly religious one that bugged the hell out of me). There are also a few songs for general purposes and certain situations, and they fit well too. All ripped, but placed quite well.

Enjoyment
I certainly enjoyed it, although I think I found the first one funnier, especially since I got attached to that cast. The enjoyment factor is not as high however, since we never get to see this finished, ending on the sixth week. :(

Final Blows
This game (or interactive movie) is definitely worth checking out. Whether you're new to the community or an old time veteran, you can still have a pretty entertaining time with OHR House, and it has no serious flaws or issues, so it's a pretty solid title.

Final Scores
Graphics: 7.5/10.0
Solid and fitting for the game.
Storyline: 9.5/10.0
Executed well and constantly moving. You'll find characters you like and characters you hate, as well as a laugh or two.
Gameplay: 5/10.0
Easy to choose the weeks and advance text boxes, but that's all you'll be doing here.
Music: 8/10.0
Well placed, but all ripped and often from popular sources.
Enjoyment: 9/10.0
I certainly enjoyed it, but not finishing everything? Bad!
Overall Grade: A-
Final Thoughts
7 is an accursed number, but ending at Week Six? Shame on you!
