This is a preview of the
game The Chemegen Tamer, which is being made by William Irwin and
Aaron Turner. Preview by Haggard.
The Chemegen Tamer is an RPG about battling, taming & training
monsters called -- you guessed it -- Chemegens. You guide Bill the Tamer
through a world composed of Atari 2600 graphics & various Final
Fantasy soundtracks, where you must collect Chemegen cards & exchange
them for live Chemegens at the local Chemegen center. For the most part,
cards are obtained in battle by "morphing" enemy Chemegens after they have
been sufficiently tamed. There are approximately 20 Chemegens in this demo,
although each one is admittedly pretty bland & altogether unremarkable.
Whether you're a fan of monster-training games or not, so far there isn't
much about The Chemegen Tamer to get excited about.
