Right now I've only got Advance Wars DS, Meteos, and Kirby Canvas Curse. Advance Wars is the best and Meteos is second best, but Kirby is still awesome.

All of these are awesome
If you like Yugioh by any chance, the new Yugioh game is actually pretty good, though buggy.
I've heard great things about:
Osu! Takake! Ouendan!
Mr. Driller
Wario Ware Touched!
Jump Superstars

Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan
Jump! Superstars
Polarium
Wario Ware Touched!
Advance Wars DS
Super Mario DS
Trauma Center Under the Knife
Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow
If you only buy 5, get Ouendan, Kirby, Castlevania, Wario Ware and Trauma Center.
I haven't played Wario Ware for GBA, but if it's more fun than DS, then that game must be dang fun. I think the DS is better suited to the microgames that Wario Ware is famous for.
EDIT: You can read my thoughts on Ouendan with this IGN reader review I did
I'm also interested in what people thought about Lost in Blue and Phoenix Wright.
