Yes, you've got it right.
SPOILERS
The "Mannary Gland", a rubber cast of his wifes right boob, with a bottle attached to the underside the teat in the rubber nipple. This got a good line when a cop was searching his van and yells to his partner: "Check it out! He's got himself a rubber boobie!"
