I was chosen from among the masses.
At first, I was hesitant, but once I realised that the wolf was sapient, my tune changed. Just a little.
Their chieftan, tales of whose valor are so well told and so widely known that my fellow missionaries mistook him for a false God, asked me to share my monicre. I did so.
He gave me a task. I accpeted, on the condition that I be allowed to share the good news of the resurrection of Christ with the world as I went.
I got together a group of allies; we encountered the strangest fauna I have ever seen.
It didn't take long for our muscles to harden, our reflexes to hasten, and our minds to focus.
Even though the foe monster came upon us while we were exhausted, we made short work of him.
After that, I recommended to the rest of my group that we call it a night. We slept well, despite the strange noises that filled the night air.
One of my new friens, whose amazing fortitude caused me to prudently advise that he stand at our head, seemed to have the strange ability to walk through bookcases unhindered. _________________ "I didn't start the flame war;
