Scary Game |

Hmm...a game that really isn't an RPG, being reviewed under the wrong format, and still a whole lotta fun? Hell yeah!
Storyline- Your Kyle, a dor...uh...rebellious eighteen year old, forbidden to go trick-or-trick'in. Of course, as soon as your parents leave, you scour the house for eggs and toilet paper, grab one of four costumes, and head out, with the intention of getting as much candy as you can in 30 minutes. Okay, so the plot is kinda thin, and other then the guy you get to egg, there really aren't any memorable NPCs. The towns basically empty, and though the mini games are cool, I couldn't help but wish for a more coherent plot. Still, nothing beats trick-or-treat'in as the son of God...
Graphics- Decently done, though Kyle looks like he slides across the floor. A bit sparse, since you'd expect halloween to be a bit more of a decorated time of year, but whatever. The town loses a lot since it doesn't seem very...halloweeny.
Gameplay- There's a large variety of mini-games to play in your quest to earn candy, including a super dario game, battling with pirates, and the ever famous, pumpkin racing... Great use of plotscripting. You can purchase speeds at one of the houses, and though I could of used a map, a few times through the game will have you running around the neighborhood like a pro.
Music- Pretty blah, actually. This would of been the perfect game with some creepy msuic. As is, it's not very suitable.
