It looks...really weird. A style thing, probably, so there's no harm in that.
One thing I did find a problem in is that her face is very vague and she seems to be leaning back quite a bit.

I agree with Unc. She looks very... dark, and unintelligent... There is no twinkle in her eyes... And I heard that a twinkle in the eyes is a sign of intelligence. *You met Leroys eyes and are blinded* No, not cuz I am ugly Unc!

I really like the kimono she's wearing. However, I think the face have some problems. All the features seem to be off center. I don't really have a problem with the eyes. I think those kind of eyes suggests an undead or very evil person.

The eyes are actually closed, heh. That shading on them is actually her eyeshadow.

Yes, I believe it. And what I mean by a twinkle is the eyes are lively, or eager, or ambitious.

Heh, now that I look at it even closer, her head is shaped way to much like a watermelon, and her arms are too short.

I like it. While there are bits that could be considered "errors," they look more like stylistic touches to me. The face I actually like, but it doesn't look like a human face. More like a creepy demon of some sort. The arms might be a little short, but they seem to fit in with the rest of the pic quite well. I like the clothes. Overall, good job!
