I usually just ignore Gonterego's and tell people what I really think. I"ve said it before, but I beleive everyone deserves total honesty while being critiqued. If they blow up on me, that's their problem... |

Good attitude!
I like constructive critism when it is necessary. BEWARE THE GONTEREGO!
(Is that in esparonto?)

No, it's not Esperanto. Hunter told me the origins of it yesterday on IRC. Maybe he could explain again here? |

Yeah, the "Gonterego" refers to David gonterman's inablity to handle anything besides mindless praise of his work. Even constructive criticism caused him to get angry and devlop a persecution complex. _________________

I don't need lessons, I don't have the money, so I just listen to all the crap you people say, and that makes me better. Eventually, I be good, but not right now. That's why the f\_/ck I kept on putting on art after frickin' everyone kept on saying stuff over and over on my Eggie topic. Maverick, I may be bad, but do you think I'm gonna stay that way forever?

I sure hope not! |

Eggie, have you been drinking? That was even less coherent than Leroy_leo's usual drivel. _________________

Somehow I knew this would happen...
Just keep practicing, Eggie... It usually takes several years to get the hang of anatomy, so just keep practicing. |

Actually, the post by Eggie was above LeRoyian drivel. (LeRoyian...new word. ) I remember when I was like that at drawing... I just found what meager help I could and I did improve (slightly. If you want an example of horrid sketches, PM me and I'll drop you one of 'em.) I, for one, will enjoy watching Eggie mature as an artist. Hopefully someone else will as well. _________________ * SDHawk has joined #Minnek

See, there's a good reply worth posting. Give Minnek a frickin' trophy. The Stanley Cup, actually, uhhh... a bowling trophy. |

Hey... ummm... FF7-guy, I have a website that MIGHT be helpful in drawing... maybe...http://www.otakuworld.com/links/howtodraw.html lol... sorry if that's abit harsh but I can draw like this ( I drew my avatar off of a book I have, and I had to cut him to ribbons... I didn't wanna do that, stupid 100x100 pixels...) anyways, my brother got me started and that website might help ya! _________________ "The future isn't chosen by a throw of the dice, it is made from the concious decisions of you and me..." -Fong. |
