Just dont put me in last... With my luck everything I could think of doing to help would have been done... Neutral

PS: I am pretty good at enemy, attack, and decent at item design, so I guess I cant worry too much... Remind us once again (in a single post) How long we have... Do you have to e-mail the game to the next person? And what exactly is the order... (Guess I shouldnt ask that, because we are prolly still looking for people.

If at all possible, I would like to be one of the first five people. If 1st position is open, I can take that. If not, I will take whatever is good. But 1st would be nice.

why not make a log.txt file that comes with the zipped game, so everyone will know what's happened (doesn't have put down whom, but at least what changes were made and what plot is already been used) and can plan what will happen. this should come along with the *.hss and *.rpg and quite possibly *.ico (icon should really be left to the last person to decide)

* We do not need an icon. If you want to make one, go for it, but
there really isn't any point.

* October 26th is the deadline to sign up, I believe, then I'll hold
the poll to see who goes first.

* Yes, in order to keep anybody else from getting the demo, it will
be transferred by e-mail between entrants.(Or however)

* The order will be decided after the poll is held. I'll probably
do the order by random, or divide the votes or something. We'll see.

* You can't just say "I want to go first," but you can say where you
want to be in the order if you have schedule issues.

* The log.txt idea is already implemented; each designer in the
process is required to write down what s/he did. However, the only
suggestions/etc. for the next designer come from the five sentences.

* As for the .rpg and .hss file being there, that's pretty much a
given.

* If you signed up but aren't on the list, tell me. 11 days left!

im going to start making crap graphics in advance . Will the game have a consistant story line at all or will it be a clash of wills and bad graphics?

Volcanite: Not allowed to discuss the game in advance. You can start
drawing graphics or writing music if you want, mainly because those two
aspects can take a lot of time, and also because I can't really stop
you. In order to prevent pre-planning, I will be giving the first
designer a few guidelines. (Also, since nobody knows who's going
first yet, and that person essentially starts the game, pre-planning
could be difficult) Besides, it's a challenge, not a contest. If you
plan in advance you're killing the concept.

Hmm.. how's this thing gonna be scored? Are the judges going to review the finished game as a whole, or would they judge each contestant's participation as well?
